- All payments made to Slash Technologies are for the time, effort, expertise, and resources allocated to your project.
- Once a project has been initiated, refunds are generally not provided, except in cases of duplicate transactions.
- By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
2. No Refund Policy
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
Once the project work has started.
- Once deliverables (designs, code, campaigns, reports, or other outputs) have been shared with the client.
- Once the project has been completed, delivered, or deployed.
- For ongoing services like Digital Marketing, SEO, Hosting, or Maintenance, as these involve recurring costs and third-party expenses.
- For delays or issues caused by incomplete client information, late approvals, or communication gaps.
3. Refunds Allowed
Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:
- Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same service due to a technical error.
- Service Not Initiated: If payment is made but no work has started, a partial refund may be considered (after deducting administrative/processing costs).
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds will be credited through the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed.
